In order to install the Feedback Analyzer Pro software, you must be running a Windows based system, and be connected to the internet at the time of installation.

The first step in the installation process is to click the file named "feedback-analyzer-pro.exe". Clicking this file will execute it, and begin the installation process.

After the software is installed on your system, an icon is placed on your desktop named "Feedback Analyzer". Double-click that icon located on your desktop to initiate the software.

If this is your first time installing this software you will be asked to activate your copy. The software activation window will appear at which time you enter your name and valid email address. Then click the next button.

Within a few minutes you will receive an email containing a confirmation link, click that link and you will soon receive a second email containing the software activation code.

Finally, enter the activation code of step 2 in the software activation window and click the next button.
