Using The Software - Getting Started

Step #1- Enter your main "New Keyword" such as we have done below with our keyword "Dentist" and press the "Add" button to add the keyword to the box below.

You will now see your keyword in the box below.  You will want to click on it to select the keyword, it will highlight when you do this.

You will then check the box "Prepend" to add the state or city data before your keyword such as

Los Angeles Dentist
Oakland Dentist
San Francisco Dentist

Alternatively you may check the box "Append" to add the state or city data after your keyword such as

Dentist Los Angeles
Dentist Oakland
Dentist San Francisco

If you select only the state box for California it will build your list showing only the keyword and city name as below.

Dentist Los Angeles
Dentist Oakland
Dentist San Francisco

Check the Include State Names box to build your list to include the state names such as:

Dentist Los Angeles California
Dentist Oakland California
Dentist San Francisco California

Check the Include State Abbreviations box to build your list to include the state abbreviations such as:

Dentist Los Angeles Ca
Dentist Oakland Ca
Dentist San Francisco Ca

Once you have these settings finalized how you want them press the "Update List" Button

You will see the Generating keywords box as below.

Unless you have a very powerful computer I do not recommend you use the select all button when choosing states.  This will generate a very large amount of keywords and may take some time.

As you can see from the image above we have selected the state of California and after pressing the update list button the 'generating Keywords" status bar pops open.

After the keyword list has been generated it will appear in the box on the right had side of the software.

At this point you can select to export the list as is by using the save button on the right of the software it looks like this

If you plan to use your new highly targeted keywords to upload to your Google Adwords account you may want to add the " " or [ ] symbols around them.

Do this by selecting the delimiter you wish to add to all of your keywords in the "Adwords" box and press "Run" You can see a sample of this in the image below.

If you do plan to use these keywords for Adwords you will want to export them in batches of 2000 to make uploading to the Adwords system possible.  To do this save with the 2nd export button which looks like this

There are also additional buttons on the right hand side of the software that will allow you to do these additional functions.

Remove Selected
Remove All
Select All
Open Generated Keyword List
Export Generated List
Export Keywords In Batches Of 2000
Sort Keyword List Ascending
Sort Keyword List Descending

Lastly you will find a list cleaning section in the lower right hand side of the software.  This will remove any adult words or odd characters from your list such at *&%.  You can also change all your keywords to upper case or lower case in this section.

IMPORTANT: When generating very large keywords lists "Where In The World Is My Keyword" can use a lot of your computers resources.

To help keep as much memory free as possible we have designed this software to only run one list creation at a time.

After creating your keyword list you will need to export it and then close and re-open the software if you wish to generate a new separate list.  This is a function to help keep you from overwhelming your computers memory by running too many projects at one time.
