You should have files similar to the following now - Ads Builder is the program you can use to create your Ads file. - Settit.tbr is a settings file. - Toolbar.dll is your toolbar - Test is the installer file that we compiled into a setup program.
Ensure that you upload any required files that you linked to in your toolbar - This includes images, ads file, and news file. - These files are loaded when the user starts Internet Explorer, so these files must be on a web server.
You are ready to test your setup program now, run the setup program and ensure all your files are linked correctly, and your toolbar works as expected - If a feature isn’t doing what you wanted, ensure that the links entered are correct by trying them in your web browser. - Ensure that the search engine strings are correct by following the same procedure and visiting the links using your web browser.
Once you have tested your toolbar, you are ready to share your setup program with the world!
