The Admin can also add, edit, and delete in the knowledgebase, which important issues can be listed for customers to refer to. In the Announcement section you can keep your customers up-to-date on your latest website/product news. The download section is a place to store large sized files, PDF files, manuals, and guides to provide easy access for your customers 24/7. From the Admin section you can see open and closed tickets, or reopen or close tickets. Live DeskPro sends auto response emails upon sign up, and upon reply to a ticket. You are able to rename your help desk with what ever you choose.
In the operator panel an operator can handle only tickets assigned to them and are able to reply, reopen or close tickets. They also can add, edit, and delete the Troubleshooters and Knowledgebase. In the user panel, a user can submit a ticket, specify a department, and check the status of their ticket. The customer can also use the Troubleshooter, the Knowledgebase, download files and check out the Announcements. There is also a Popular Knowledgebase Topics Panel which gives users quick access to the most popular views and issues.
